ASTROHUE IMPULSA
Helping businesses progress.
Strengthening business communities.
Strategy, practical training and support for associations, professional groups and organisations that want to help their businesses progress.
DIAGNOSIS · TRAINING · APPLICATION

Shared knowledge. Individual decisions. Collective progress.
01 / WHO IT IS FOR
One shared initiative.
Many business realities.
A community’s value also lies in what its businesses can learn and apply together. Their needs shape a meaningful collaboration.
Business associations
Give members a practical reason to participate.
A shared programme that connects common challenges with each business’s priorities.
Professional groups
Turn shared knowledge into everyday capability.
Work on positioning, customer acquisition and processes using examples relevant to the profession.
Institutions and organisations
Bring digital transformation closer to local businesses.
Define a useful intervention around the group’s starting point, resources and capacity to apply it.

02 / LEARN TO APPLY
Let the session end.
And the work begin.
A workshop is useful when it helps someone make a decision, organise a task or change a way of working. We connect the concepts with exercises and the business’s own priorities.
Understand what needs to improve.
Work with relevant examples.
Leave with a defined next step.
03 / WHAT WE CAN WORK ON
Four areas.
Connected to business.
We select and adapt these areas to the group. Specific materials and deliverables are agreed in the proposal.
01
Business focus
Where should we concentrate our effort?
- Value proposition and customer profile.
- Priorities, obstacles and commercial objectives.
POSSIBLE APPLICATION
A map of priorities to guide the next decisions.
02
Visibility and acquisition
How do we explain our value and reach the right people?
- Positioning, messages and content.
- Website, local presence and contact channels.
POSSIBLE APPLICATION
A communication outline linked to the customer journey.
03
Processes and technology
What can we organise, simplify or connect?
- Enquiries, ownership and follow-up.
- CRM, useful automation and supervised AI.
POSSIBLE APPLICATION
A process map with opportunities for improvement.
04
Application and review
How do we move from a workshop to action?
- Tasks, owners and realistic priorities.
- Indicators and review of what has been applied.
POSSIBLE APPLICATION
A working action plan the business can continue to use.
04 / FROM CONTENT TO ACTION
What you learn,
put into practice.
A specific priority is more useful than a list of tools. This example shows how a session can become an action the team can understand and review.
Illustrative example; it does not represent a participant or an actual result.
WORKSHEET / EXAMPLE
Organise incoming
business enquiries.
Situation
Requests are spread across email, telephone and messages.
Decision
Define where each enquiry is recorded and who responds.
Action
Map the journey and assign the next step.
Review
Check for unanswered enquiries and adjust the process.
05 / HOW WE ORGANISE IT
Designed with you.
Applied with your community.
The organisation brings knowledge of its community. Astrohue connects that context with the agreed strategy, training and support.

01
Listen
We meet the organisation and understand the participating businesses, recurring challenges and digital starting point.
02
Design together
We agree objectives, content, format, materials, timing and the support included in the proposal.
03
Work on real situations
We combine explanations, exercises and working sessions using the participants’ business context.
04
Support application
We review agreed actions, resolve questions within the scope and identify what to adjust next.
STRATEGY AND TECHNICAL CAPABILITY
Two perspectives to
connect learning and practice.

Dany Domínguez
Business strategy and communication
Brings the strategic perspective: understanding the business, setting priorities and connecting marketing with commercial objectives.

Gabriel H. Domínguez
Web development and automation
Brings the technical perspective: assessing tools, processes and implementation possibilities with a specific purpose.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
The questions
that matter.
Is it a fixed course?
No. We define the programme with the organisation after understanding the group. The areas shown are a starting point; the proposal sets the actual content and scope.
Do participants need advanced technical knowledge?
The starting point is assessed before the programme is designed. We adapt the language and activities to the group and agree on any prerequisites.
What are the format and duration?
They are agreed in the proposal, taking account of the participants, objectives and resources. The page does not describe a fixed schedule or a currently open intake.
Does it include installing websites or a CRM for every business?
Not automatically. Workshops, diagnosis and support are defined in the programme. Any individual technical implementation must be expressly included in the agreed scope.
How is progress reviewed?
We agree useful indicators based on the objectives and available information: participation, practical application, completed actions and improvements identified.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR COMMUNITY
What do your members’
businesses need today?
Tell us who you represent, which challenges keep coming up and what you would like to work on. With that context, we can define a proposal.
